This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. Description of Relief Sought: Permit 18 months for additional compliance testing of non-rechargeable lithium-ion batteries for emergency-locator transmitters on Gulfstream Model GV-SP, GVI, GVII, G150, G280, and G200 airplanes.
