SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (FEMA-1557-DR), dated September 19, 2004, and related determinations.

October 22, 2004.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 19, 2004:

Elk, Lawrence, Potter, Somerset, and Sullivan Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance).

Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Bradford, Bucks, Butler, Cameron, Carbon, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lebanon, Luzerne, Lycoming, Mifflin, Monroe, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Perry, Pike, Schuylkill, Snyder, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Washington, Wayne, Westmoreland, Wyoming, and York Counties for Categories C-G under the Public Assistance program (already designated for Categories A and B under the Public Assistance program and Individual Assistance).
