SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (FEMA-1557-DR), dated September 19, 2004, and related determinations.

Effective September 22, 2004.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 19, 2004:

Bedford, Bradford, Clarion, Clinton, Columbia, Fulton, Jefferson, Juniata, Mifflin, Monroe, Northumberland, Pike, Snyder, Union, and Wayne Counties for Individual Assistance.

Bedford, Bradford, Clarion, Clinton, Columbia, Fulton, Jefferson, Juniata, Mifflin, Monroe, Northumberland, Pike, Snyder, Union, and Wayne Counties for debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A & B) under the Public Assistance program.
