App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel Toll-Free Phone Line Project Committee will be held Thursday, March 22, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and Friday, March 23, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time at the IRS Office, Jacksonville, Florida. The public is invited to make oral comments or submit written statements for consideration.
