Ogden Martin Systems of Fairfax, Inc.; Notice of Amendment

Take notice that on November 9, 2000, Ogden Martin Systems of Fairfax, Inc. submitted an amendment to its application seeking a waiver of the Commission's competitive bidding and negotiated placement requirements at 18 CFR 34.2.
