Notice of Extension of Time To Commence Project Construction and Soliciting Comments, Motions To Intervene, and Protests

Take notice that the following hydroelectric application has been filed with the Commission and is available for public inspection:

Description of Amendment: Pursuant to Sections 4.200(c) and 4.202(a) of the Commission's regulations and Public Law 106-213, the applicant requests that its license be amended to extend the deadline for commencement of construction until September 21, 2006. The applicant also requests that completion of construction be extended by an additional four years from any extended commencement of construction date that the Commission grants.
