Take notice that the following hydroelectric application has been filed with the Commission and is available for public inspection:

e. Name of Project: Cannelton Hydroelectric Project.

f. Location: The Project would be located at the existing U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Cannelton Locks and Dam on the Ohio River in Hancock County, Kentucky. The project utilizes federal lands.

Description of Filing: Cannelton Hydroelectric Project, L.P., (Cannelton) proposes to change (a) the number of units authorized from 240 to 140, (b) total authorized capacity from 79.2 to 79.8 MW, and (c) extend the deadline for project completion. Cannelton states that the project's hydraulic capacity will remain at 55,200 cfs.
