k. Description of Proposal: Georgia Power Company, licensee for the Wallace Dam Project, requests authorization to allow Harmony Land Company, LLC, to use 8 acres of project land for the development of a private golf course. This land is located on the Oconee River section of the lake, and 1.55 of these acres will require clearing and subsurface grading where existing forest exists.
