Memorandum and resolution re: Failed Institution Assets Held by Federal Reserve Banks.
Memorandum and resolution re: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking—Parts 364 and 308—Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information and Rescission of Year 2000 Standards for Safety and Soundness.
The meeting will be held in the Board Room on the sixth floor of the FDIC Building located at 550—17th Street, NW., Washington, DC.
