Northern Border Pipeline Company; Notice of Tariff Filing

Take notice that on March 2, 2004, Northern Border Pipeline Company (Northern Border) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to become effective April 1, 2004:

Northern Border is filing revised tariff sheets for the purpose of adding a Buyer Authorized Automatic Term Park/Lending (ATPL) service option under Rate Schedule PAL.

Northern Border states that copies of this filing have been sent to all of Northern Border's contracted shippers and interested State regulatory commissions.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
