This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of New Mexico (FEMA-3154-EM), dated May 10, 2000, and related determinations.

Notice is hereby given that, effective this date and pursuant to the authority vested in the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency under Executive Order 12148, I hereby appoint Joe D. Bray of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to act as the Federal Coordinating Officer for this declared emergency.
This action terminates my appointment of Mark S. Ghilarducci as Federal Coordinating Officer for this disaster.
