SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the Navajo Nation (FEMA-4582-DR), dated

February 2, 2021, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the Navajo Nation is hereby amended to include Individual Assistance limited to the Crisis Counseling Program for those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of February 2, 2021.

Individual Assistance limited to the Crisis Counseling Program for the Navajo Nation (already designated for emergency protective measures [Category B] not authorized under other Federal statutes, including direct Federal assistance).
