Effective Date: 04/15/2016.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/24/2016.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/27/2016.

Primary Counties: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Tallahatchie.

Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):

Mississippi: Grenada.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
