ACTION:

Notice.

SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of Minnesota (FEMA-1333-DR), dated June 27, 2000, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE:

July 28, 2000.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Notice is hereby given of the reopening of the incident period and the expansion of the incident type for this disaster. The incident period for this declared disaster is now May 17—July 26, 2000. The incident type is now amended to include tornadoes.

The notice is further amended to include the following area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of June 27,2000:

Yellow Medicine County for Individual Assistance and Public Assistance.
