The OTC is also expected to address issues related to the transport of ozone into its region, including actions by EPA under sections 110 and 126 of the Clean Air Act, to evaluate the potential for additional emission reductions through new motor vehicle emission standards, and to discuss market-based programs to reduce pollutants that cause ozone.
