KO Transmission Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on June 10, 2004, KO Transmission Company (KOT) filed the following tariff sheets for inclusion in its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, to be effective July 10, 2004:

KOT states that the tariff sheets are submitted in compliance with the Commission's Order dated May 11, 2004, in Docket No. RP00-394-000.

KOT states that copies of its filing will be mailed to all jurisdictional customers.

Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
