SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Georgia (FEMA-1554-DR), dated September 18, 2004, and related determinations.

October 14, 2004.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Georgia is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 18, 2004:

Clayton County for Individual Assistance.

Forsyth County for Individual Assistance (already designated for Public Assistance).

Pike and Upson Counties for Public Assistance.
