Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

ACTION:

Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY:

DoD, GSA, and NASA published a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a section of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 to change the definition of “commercial item.” This document corrects an erroneous weblink in that rule.

DATES:

Effective December 6, 2021.

DoD, GSA, and NASA are correcting an erroneous weblink under the Background section of the rule.
