Take notice that on March 31, 2000, Edison Sault Electric Company (Edison Sault) filed a fully executed Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to the Contract for Electric Service between Edison Sault and Cloverland Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Cloverland) dated April 9, 1999.
Copies of the filing were served upon Cloverland.
