Discovery Gas Transmission LLC; Notice of Cash-Out Report

Take notice that on April 29, 2004, Discovery Gas Transmission LLC submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission its annual cash-out report for the calendar year ended December 31, 2003.
