SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

On July 16, 2018, the Commission established a schedule for the conduct of the full five-year reviews (83 FR 34873, July 23, 2018). On October 22, 2018, the Commission revised its schedule (83 FR 54138, October 26, 2018). Due to the lapse in appropriations and ensuing cessation of Commission operations, the Commission is revising its schedule.

The Commission's revised dates in the schedule are as follows: Final release of information is on January 31, 2019; and final party comments are due on February 5, 2019.
