The Island of Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands constitutes a disaster area as a result of damages caused by Typhoon Tingting that began on June 27 and continued through June 28, 2004. The typhoon caused structural damages throughout the Island of Saipan from wind, wind driven rain, and flooding in low-lying areas. Applications for loans for physical damage as a result of this disaster may be filed until the close of business on September 20, 2004, and for economic injury until the close of business on April 20, 2005, at the address listed below or other locally announced locations: U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 4 Office, P.O.
