Take notice that on August 30, 2002, Columbia Gulf Transmission Company (Columbia Gulf) tendered for filing the following contract for disclosure of a negotiated rate transaction:
FTS-1 Service Agreement No. 73341 between Columbia Gulf Transmission Company and FPL Energy Power Marketing, Inc. dated August 27, 2002
Transportation service is to commence November 1, 2002 under the agreement.
Columbia Gulf states that copies of the filing it has served copies of the filing on all parties identified on the official service list in Docket No. RP96-389.
