Ameren Services Company; Notice of Filing

Take notice that on May 3, 2004, Ameren Services Company (ASC) tendered for filing an executed Network Integration Transmission Service and a Network Operating Agreement between ASC and EnerStar Power Corp. ASC requests an effective date of April 1, 2004.
