The ISO states that the revision modifies the Appendix to add Service Agreements 42 and 43 to Bay Area Rapid Transit's list of contracts; announces in several footnotes in Appendix A the new obligations of two Scheduling Coordinators, the Western Area Power Administration and the California Power Exchange, and the authority for appointing those Scheduling Coordinators; and delete Lassen Municipal Utility District, Minnesota Methane, Power Exchange, and Sierra Pacific from Appendix A.
