WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth above and for the reasons more fully detailed in Defendants BSI and Hutchens’ attached Memorandum, Defendants BSI and Hutchens respectfully request the entry of an Order dismissing Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint with prejudice and for such further relief that this Court deems just and proper.
