This action was originally filed in the California Superior Court for the County of Orange on September 9, 2016. The Pfizer Defendants filed a notice of removal to the Central District of California on October 26, 2016. On November 2, 2016, the Pfizer Defendants moved to dismiss the claims of the non-California Plaintiff Families for lack of personal jurisdiction. This action was transferred to this Court before the Plaintiffs responded to the motion.
