Plaintiff believesthis to be a good address because the defendant operated a wine bar and the process server reported that there were wine decorations on the front porch. Plaintiff’s counsel has sent the summons and complaint out for service with another process server and will also perform a stake-out ofthe address. Plaintiff has also attempted two addresses in Salinas, California, where the business was: located, and was informed that the defendant had moved to Sacramento Plaintiff requests a continuance of 60 days pending further attempts at service at the Sacramento address.
