PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard before the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford, in
Courtroom 10D, located at 411 West 4th Street, Santa A a, CA 92701-4516, Plaintiff
and Counterdefendant CTC Global Corporation (“CTC”), by and through its
undersigned counsel, will and hereby does move for Sanctions for Defendant Jason
Huang's Willful Disclosure of Confidential Terms ofSettlement from the parties’
Settlement Conference (“Motion”) in violation of 28 U.S.C. § 652(d), Civil L.R. 16-
15.8, this Court’s 5/3/18 Order re Settlement Conference (Doc. 52), and the
Magistrate Judge’s Directive at the 9/14/2018 Settlement Conference.
This motion is made following the conference of counsel pursuant to L.R. 7-3
which took place on February 7, 2019. (Declaration of Aaron Goodman in Support
of CTC’s Motion for Sanctions for Defendant Jason Huang’s Disclosure of
Settlement Terms, ¶ 5.)
This motion is based on this Notice of Motion, supporting Memorandum of
Points and Authorities, Declaration of Aaron Goodman, all pleadings and papers filed
in this action, and on such further written or oral argument as may be presented at or
before the hearing.
