He died with a will, which leaves only the tangible personal property (not bank account, "intangible" personal property) to petitioner. The residue is left to the trust, including his share of the community property. (See §2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4) Upon providing the court with a supplement containing the information required at Local Rule 10.14, petitioner can have confirmation that 50%, her interest in the community property account, is her property, but 50% of the property, the decedent's community property interest, is transferred to the R.N.G.
