The Court having conducted a Case Management Conference, now orders: Court deems this a/an 18 month case. Mandatory Settlement Conference is scheduled on 05/13/2020 at 09:00 AM in Courtroom 22. Please comply with California Rule of Court 3.1380 which provides in part that the Mandatory Settlement Conference Statement must be filed and served 5 court days prior to the hearing. This rule also provides that trial counsel, parties, and persons with full authority to settle the case must personally attend the conference unless excused by the Court for good cause.
