The petition seeks removal and surcharge. This court, on April 5, 2017, ordered the successor trustee, upon timely service of the petition, to prepare and file a statutorily compliant verified account for the trust period May 16, 2016-February 28, 2017. The matter has been in a settlement/mediation posture since that time. The court-ordered verified accounting has not been filed. Post-mediation status, please.
