Letters issued 02/15/17. The I&A Final was filed 03/15/19, which was 21 months late, and the only asset a savings account. The Report of Administration was filed 32 months late with no explanation. Petitioner states she is the sole trustee of the devisee Murdoch Family trust, identified in ¶ F of the decedent's Will. Petitioner is the sole beneficiary of the trust. She states "In both those capacities, Petitioner hereby waives all accounting and Notice of Hearing in this probate proceeding and on this matter. No one else is entitled to Notice of hearing on this matter." Probate Code §10954 allows an accounting to be waived by the trustee of the trust upon filing written acceptance of trust. Upon filing such acceptance, accept waiver. Upon filing of written acceptance of trust, accept waiver and approve report. Approve statutory attorney fees of $10,168.45.
