RFPs 4-9, 14-16, and 20-22: Order Hackett to provide further responses to these RFPs that comply with CCP §§ 2031.210 and 2031.230. RFPs 1-3, 10-13, 17-19, 23, and 32: Strike objections and order Hackett to provide a supplemental response that complies with CCP §§ 2031.220, 2031.230 and 2031.240. RFPs 24-31, and 33-35: Order Hackett to review his responses to special interrogatories. If he identified any documents in the special interrogatories then he is to supplement his RFP responses in compliance with CCP § 2031.210. Otherwise, no supplemental response is required. The Court intends to impose sanctions of $1,412.50 against Hackett only. The Court intends to require Mr. Hackett to state his address of record as he has filed documents under multiple addresses.
