Miyasaka. Mr. Ledger addresses the court regarding his motion to strike the testimony of Dr. Keifer's opinions regarding Well-Pict and states that he has the transcript to provide the court. Mr. Bricker requests that this matter be taken up at a later time so that Dr. Finnell can provide testimony and be released to address family issues.
