In case with some history culminating in a court-approved settlement agreement, the successor administrator petitions for final distribution of the post-settlement probate estate. The petition is approved. The court authorizes payment of administrative expenses to the Public Administrator of $1040, payment to former administrator Susan Francis of the statutory fee of $4609.95, payment to Ms. Francis' counsel of a reduced statutory fee of $4020, plus cost reimbursement of $180, payment of extraordinary fees to Mr. Young as successor administrator in the sum of $8275, plus total cost reimbursement of $75.50. The court authorizes a reserve of $750 to cover the expenses identified at paragraph 44 of the final distribution petition. The proposed pour- over distribution of the estate residue into decedent's trust is consistent with the terms of the settlement agreement.
