Co-settlor Martha Johnson died on November 2, 2013. Surviving co-settlor Michael Johnson died on December 22, 2014. Petitioner successor trustee seeks an order that both assets belong in the family trust, despite lack of formal perfection of title. The trust exhibit does not identify the referenced condominium. The petition refers to exhibit numbers, but none of the attached documents are separately segregated or identified.
