Ali Issari Moving Party: Scheherezade M. Black Causal Document & Date Filed : Petition - Other, 11/17/2017 Petition - Other Out of a contentious conservatorship action, the parties ultimately resolved their differences by settlement, which settlement was then contested, resulting in this court's July 6, 2017 formal order and separate ruling on submitted issues. In the ruling on submitted issues, this court declined to go outside the four corners of the settlement in terms of personal property allocation between spouses, noting "this is not a family law court and this court is unaware of any dissolution or legal separation action pending with proper jurisdiction to provisionally allocate possession of marital assets." By petition filed four months later on November 17, 2017, co-trustee Scheherazade Black alleges that her stepmother violated an interlocutory June 11, 2015 order prohibiting Mrs. Issari from giving away, selling, or encumbering any of her husband's separate property or community property "pending the hearing on the permanent Conservatorship." The conservatorship matter was concluded, at Ms. Black's request, in favor of the stipulated co-trustee arrangement set out in the formal order. The current petition does not specify as to how or when the interlocutory order on the conservatorship hearing was purportedly violated. Verified objections to the petition have now been filed by both the remaining co-trustee as well as Mrs. Issari, who are both operating at somewhat of a disadvantage in light of the lack of specific allegations.
