However, if Defendants have not served notice of the Court's September 16, 2016 Order on Ms. Van Slambrouck and/or are unable to submit proof of such service, the Court will issue a new order requiring Ms. Van Slambrouck to appear for deposition by no later than April 25, 2017, and order Defendants' counsel to serve notice of that order on Van Slambrouck forthwith.
