REJ seeks to file a brief that is 46 pages in length. Given the breadth of Plaintiff’s numerous claims under federal and state laws and the complexity of the factual and legal issues, REJ avers that this request is warranted and that the length of the proposed brief is necessary and essential to the Court’s determination of the Motion for Summary Judgment. WHEREFORE, REJ respectfully prays for an Order granting its Motion and permitting the attached Memorandum in Support of REJ’s Motion for Summary Judgment to be filed into the record of this proceeding.
