(“StubHub”) and eBay Inc. (“eBay”) respectfully submit this brief Opposition to Plaintiff Calendar Research LLC’s (“Plaintiff” or “Calendar”) Ex Parte Application (“Application”) To Shorten Time For Hearing On Motion To Compel Further Discovery (Dkt. 265). StubHub and eBay are not opposed to shortening of time on the motion to compel, but are opposed to having oppositions to the motion to compel due on the same day that oppositions to the Application are due. StubHub and eBay are prepared to file any opposition papers by Friday, March 1, 2019, and respectfully request that the Court order oppositions to Plaintiff’s motion to compel be due on that date if the Court deems it appropriate to shorten time.
