MEMORANDUM OF POINTS AND AUTHORITIES
To the extent Calendar Research, LLC’s Motion to Extend Discovery
Cutoff applies at all to Defendant Lisa Dusseault or would alter the schedule for
the completion of Phase II of the action (which does not appear to be the case),
Dusseault joins in the oppositions to the Ex Parte Application to Shorten Time
filed by Defendants StubHub, Inc. and eBay, Inc. [Dkt. 235] and requests an
opportunity to file a substantive brief regarding the Motion.
