Pursuant to DUCivR 5-3, Defendants, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby
respectfully file this Motion for Leave of Court to File Under Seal Exhibit B to their Expedited
Short Form Discovery Motion to Compel a Complete Response to Interrogatory No. 14. The
instant motion to seal is narrowly tailored to seek protection of only the limited and specific
information set forth in Exhibit B deserving of such protection. The basis for the instant motion
to seal is the use of materials that were designated as “CONFIDENTIAL – ATTORNEYS’
EYES ONLY” by at least one party to this action pursuant to the Standard Protective Order.
Accordingly, the instant motion to seal should be granted.
