Defendants’ supplemental opposition memorandum will be approximately 28 pages of argument, exclusive of face sheet, table of contents, table of authorities, additional factual statements, and exhibits. Good cause exists for granting Defendants’ motion. All of these legal arguments, including factual arguments, need to be addressed in Defendants’ supplemental memorandum. To properly and adequately address each of the arguments raised by Plaintiff, including the factual arguments, Defendants need three additional pages of argument. WHEREFORE, Defendants respectfully request the Court grant Defendants leave to file an overlength supplemental opposition memorandum. A proposed Order is submitted concurrently herewith.
