This motion is made pursuant to this Notice of Caltech’s Motion to Strike Certain Opinions Of Defendants’ Experts Brendan Frey and Wayne Stark, and the concurrently filed Memorandum in Support of Caltech’s Motion to Strike Certain Opinions Of Defendants’ Experts Brendan Frey and Wayne Stark, the Declaration of Margaret Shyr in Support of Caltech’s Motion to Strike Certain Opinions Of Defendants’ Experts Brendan Frey and Wayne Stark and Exhibits thereto, and [Proposed] Order Granting Caltech’s Motion to Strike Certain Opinions Of Defendants’ Experts Brendan Frey and Wayne Stark. This motion is made following the conference of counsel pursuant to C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-3, which took place telephonically on March 13, 2019.
