Ben was the car salesman I paid $3,800 for the car and would be making payments of $197 a month starting September 12, 2019. I did not drive the car the next day to me wanting to get proper insurance. I drove the car to work on July 3 1,2019 at 6:503m a light popped on the dash board and was blinking and then went solid. I called my mother as I was driving to work to let her know what was happening. She stayed on the phone with me all the way to work to make sure the car didn’t stop. Throughout the day I kept checking on the cal‘r and the tires. Once I got offwork and started to drive home the light came back on and did the something. We contacted Ben to inform him ofwhat was going on‘and she said to stop by and bring the car. We called to stop by but was told he was not in yet so I didn’t drive the car until August 6, 2019. On August 6,2019 Light came on and started blinking and then went solid once I got off the Del La Cruz Exit the car started saying there was a flat tire, I pulled over to check the tires. I was able to make it to work once again throughout my work day I kept checking the tires to make sure they were not flat. Once I got off work, I drove the car to Ben car lot to inform him once again what was going on, he told me to wait he would have his mechanic look at the car and look at the tires. I waited about 15min he said ifthe light comes on to bring it back It might be the sensor. I left if car lot and went 4 light up to the MacDonald's shut the car offwent inside got food came back out went to start the car and it would not start. The clocks started spinning backwards, a ticking sound stared when I tried to start the car. The car completely locked. I Calle ben to let him that within the 10 min thatI left his car lot from his mechanic checking the car will not start. He told me “he couldn't leave because he had customers about 20 min before he could send some out” I then called my mother to let her know that I was stuck on the parking lot 0f the MacDonald's. Ben called back asking what happen within the 10 min that I left his car lot. I waited about 15min before his mechanic came. The mechanic started messing with the car he then tried to change the battery and the one that he brought with him was two small and he sent pictures to Ben. The mechanic and Ben went back and forth, I once more called my mother so that she could come ahd get me do to it becoming late in the evening bec‘ause Ben said he could not help me get home because he couldn’t leave. My mother showed up around 7:30pm to pick me up Ben called my mother's phone saying “ was the radio on where the lights on” I told him the car was completely off have not touched anything to do with lights I went in to get food and came back out and the car would not start. I explained to him thatI didn’t not feel safe in the driving the car and would like to get my money back because we have been having problems with the car and now the car just stopped working after I left your shop. He got very set and ' stated yelling and I told him since you don’t want to give me my money 5back I will see you in court and he said he “ im not going to argue me and hung up the phone in my face.” Ben kept te car for two days and the called my mother and convinsed her that he fixed and he put a new battery in the car and it should be fine. My mother got the car on August 8, 2019 and parked it. Friday August 9, 2019, I drove the car to work and same light came on and the car once again started saying “Flat Tire” going and coming back. I called Ben to inform him that the 19scoeedéa light came back on and its stating flat tire. On Saturday August 10, 2019 I called Ben to ask him what would he like to do about the car he said he was going to order a sensor but nothing going to happen andI could still drive the car and I told him thatI didn’t feel comfortable driving the car.
