I was the victim of a fiaud which occuned on October 9, 201 8, wherein the pdor evening of October 8th, Iplaced an ad on Craigs’s list t0 sell my IPhone 7. The next morning, I received a text from someone maned Arnold, that he wanted to buy the phone but wanted me first to have it shipped overnight to his son in Miami, F1. He added that he'agreed to the price of $345.00 plus an additional $100 for shipping, and asked me if I had a PayPal account which I told him I did and he asked me for my email, which I provided, and he said he would immediately send the fimds t0 my account but they would be kept pending until I got a (I tracking number, which I did fiom UPS. I then called PayPal to confirm that funds were pending and the female associate said there were funds in that amount pending, which is what I based my actions on.
