On 10/16/2017, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Plaintiff Michelle Choi ("Plaintiff") was driving a motor vehicle on l-237 West in Sunnyvale, California. Due to traffic conditions, Plaintiff's vehicle had slowed before it was rear ended by Defendant Carlos Grigueros, who was driving a Infiniti G358 which was registered to Defendant Raquel Carrillo.
