No. 214) against Defendants with prejudice, under Rules 8(a)(2) and 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and granting all other relief the Court deems just and proper. This Motion is based on this Notice of Motion, the accompanying Memorandum of Law, the pleadings and other documents filed in this action, and upon such other and further matters as the Court deems appropriate.
