Schenkier DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE INSTANTER CONFIDENTIAL EXHIBITS UNDER SEAL Defendant Power Solutions International (“PSI”), under the parties Agreed Confidentiality Order and Local Rule 26.2, moves this Court for leave to file under seal Exhibits C, E. and F to PSI’s Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion to Stay (ECF No. 113). 1. On November 14, 2017, this Court entered the parties’ Agreed Confidentiality Order that identifies all information disclosed in discovery in this case as Confidential Information until further order of this Court, consistent with the Court’s Order in open court on October 18, 2017. (ECF No. 37, ¶ 1.) 2. On July 25, 2019, PSI filed a Memorandum of Law in Support of its Motion to Stay (ECF No. 113) to which Exhibits C, E, and F are designated as Confidential Information under the Agreed Confidentiality Order. 3. Accordingly, PSI respectfully requests that this Court grant it leave to file Exhibits C, E, and F under seal, consistent with this Court’s Orders. WHEREFORE, Defendant respectfully requests that the Court grant instanter its Motion for Leave to File Instanter Confidential Exhibits Under Seal, and grant it any other and further relief as the Court deems just and appropriate.
